The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Education and Support Services Program serves as a site for students who are interested in LGBTQ initiatives.  Those students are usually enrolled in Family and Human Studies in the College of Education, Women’s and Gender Studies, or in collaboration with the Holden Leadership Center.

Some sample projects include:

  • Services for international students
  • Outreach to LGBTQ students of color
  • Fundraising and event planning
  • Assessment and program evaluation
  • Youth empowerment and mentoring
  • Gay/Straight Alliance outreach
